The School of Hospitality of Benalmádena, La Fonda, has been offering a training model of excellence since 1993, achieving a success recognized nationally and internationally, based on high specialization, innovation and the adaptation of training to the demands required by the productive sector of the hospitality industry that has a relevant weight in the creation of employment in our community. The School is part of the structure of the Andalusian Employment Service and its objective is the professional training of students to improve their employability conditions and provide them with a specialized qualification that allows them to develop a professional career in the field of hospitality. To this end, it offers training in two areas: cooking and restaurant services that is developed through a comprehensive theoretical-practical teaching, with special emphasis on the participation of students in the classroom-restaurant and in real work situations.

Its students achieve a level of labor insertion close to 100% and its training model is endorsed by the professional success of its graduates, who occupy positions of professional and business relevance or are prestigious chefs.
